Plus 115,- € incl. VAT.  flat rate for fresh linen and towels, key- services and final cleaning.

For the services ´meet&greet´and emergency, we charge 25€.

The aircon works by cards which can be bought from the local service (10€ are free, see above "inclusive)"

Long-term rental (min 3 months) : 650,00€ / month

Deposit: up to 2 weeks 300,00 €, / up to 4 weeks 500,00 €
