Description
The patio (approx. 35m²) including storage cupboard is situated to the west in front of the entrance doors of the houses. Via the external staircase you can reach the roof terrace (approx. 20m²) which features a 360° panoramic view onto the bay and the nearby mountain ranges. From the living room you can step directly onto the large east-facing balcony (approx. 15m²) with its sea view.
Located on the ground floor is the living/dining room with open kitchen including bar area, as well as a small bathroom with shower and WC; ideal to quickly refresh yourself after sojourning the beach or hiking.

Each house contains three bedrooms on the first floor; one with a 150x200cm bed, and two with each 90x200cm beds, that can be pushed together to make a double bed. There are also a bathroom with tub, WC and bidet.
Each house can accommodate up to 6 people; this offers the advantage that up to 12 people can enjoy their holidays together in the semi-detached houses, when using both houses.

The accommodation is equipped with a 5 x 10 m communal swimming pool with sea-view.
Due to the staircase the houses are not suitable for people with mobility problems dependent on a lift or similar.
There is ample parking available on the road in front of the houses.
