The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa-chaise-longue whose backrest is adjustable for relaxed sitting, and provides two small stools tucked away under one of the arm rests. The coffee table is vertically adjustable, so that drink and nibbles are always in easy reach. With TV Spanish (terrestrial), Wifi (fiber optic cable) and a BluRay Player, you can make yourself comfortable inside in front of a 4K flat screen.The kitchen and living area is equipped with a separate air conditioning system with heating function for the winter. To put the aircondition-system into operation you have to use a card payment system. You can purchase the cards from our support service. At the beginning of your stay, the meter is charged with € 10.00 as standard, which is a present from us for you.

Outside, the east facing balcony (with a big table and 6 chairs) beckons with a view onto the bay of Azohía, whereas the west facing terrace invites you to spend sunny evening hours; and the roof terrace offers a stunning 360 degree view onto the ocean, harbour and the Puerto de Mazarrón mountain range.
In the storage cupboard in front of the house you can find folding chairs and a parasol for the small table, as well as folding chairs for a stay at the beach or the pool; it also contains some cleaning utensils (broom, cleaning mop etc.).

The luxury kitchen with polished worktop and bar (incl. 2 bar stools) invites to cook and is conveniently equipped with dish-washer, stove with oven and outwards extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, thermos flask, juice extractor as well as mixer. Cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots and pans, as well as all necessary cooking equipment such as knifes and graters etc. are available aplenty.
The shower room with WC on the ground floor contains the washing machine. Here you will find a clotheshorse with pegs as well as a small step-ladder, so you can easier reach the upper shelves in the cupboards. In the bathroom with bidet on the first floor you can find a hairdryer on top of the mirror cabinet.
The master-bedroom has a king sized bed with integrated dimmable LED lights in the headboard. The two small bedrooms are twin rooms (90cm/200cm), but the beds can of course be pushed together. Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, where you can find fleece blankets for chillier nights.

For potential spouse´s training you can find a vacuum cleaner as well as an ironing board in the wardrobe in one of the twin bedrooms. The iron is tucked away in the "secret cabinet" in the living room.
The houses are equipped with 2 air conditioning systems (for cooling and heating), one in the living room and one for the three bedrooms, each with individual air supply.
Activation is required to start up the air conditioning systems. This is done using a card payment function. You can purchase the cards from our support service. At the beginning of your stay, the meter is charged with € 10.00 as standard, which is a present from us for you.
On the landing you can find an additional electrical heater for the bathroom.
LED lights provide a sound illumination throughout the whole house and all electrical devices are new and have an efficient energy consumption.
